Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our clients team.

Job Responsibilities:

Pitching commercial and business media proposals to our large portfolio of clients and to potential new clients through cold calling and virtual meetings

Client relationship building, consolidating existing business relationships and nurturing new ones

Negotiating and closing leads on large packages in a successful and professional manner, always keeping our clients' interests at heart

Monitoring the local market as well as social media, and staying up-to-date with current affairs to continue widening our extensive client base through business development undertakings

Be continuously proactive on a business development front, looking out for opportunities for growth and consolidation on a daily basis.

Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred

At least five (5) years of industry sales experience

Excellent communication in both Maltese AND English

Excellent organisational, interpersonal and sharp negotiation skills

Multi-tasking skills, focused, and agile to carry out tasks in a swift manner

Candidates need to follow the local media industry and be active in social media, including LinkedIn and Facebook

Candidates must be structured, resilient and ambitious

Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel and Outlook

An attractive remuneration package is rewarded through the advertised gross basic salary, a 4-tier commission structure, monthly target bonuses, and annual performance bonuses, once monthly and annual targets are reached.
