- Drafting and reviewing complex legal matters ranging from commercial law to aviation and other sectors
- Providing corporate guidance and assisting with all the internal corporate work
- Supporting with drafting of the intragroup transactions together with all the necessary compliance work as required
- Providing the necessary legal advice to the group of companies and the management in a timely manner
- Supporting and preparing all the necessary company secretarial work
- Assisting with resolving and overseeing claims arising from time to time.
Requirements - Minimum 2 - 3 years experience working in a similar role
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in aviation will be considered an asset Education and Experience
- In possession of a local Degree in Law
