    Chophouse | Sliema - Malta

    Chophouse is a listed Michelin restaurant perched high above Marsamxett harbour enjoying magnificent views of Valletta. Chophouse, offers an international cuisine, a superb wine list and a finely stocked bar. Serving an international clientele Chophouse, opened in 2009, is a favourite for both corporate and celebratory dinners, as well as a popular venue for small weddings and special events.

    The Restaurant Supervisor will be accountable to the Restaurant Manager.

    It is important that applicants possess the following attributes:

  • Knowledge of and a passion for good food and drink, and outstanding customer service.
  • Be a clear communicator, fluent in English and ideally in Maltese, and possibly with knowledge of other languages.
  • A people's person.
  • Be able to motivate staff by leading from the floor and sharing knowledge and experience.

    Be driven and goal-oriented.
    Possess training from any reputable Culinary Schools
    All applicants need to be currently living in Malta, and in the case of non-EU nationals, a valid permit to work in Malta and a clean Police conduct are a must.
