- Brief in campaigns including send-outs of emails, SMS, OSM, and other content types for various brands and markets.
- Solid understanding of the conversion, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation CRM process.
- Assist in writing and localizing copy for marketing and promotional materials
- Cross-check with all stakeholders to ensure all details are available for execution
- Work with content management system (CMS) to upload banners and banner copies on-site
- Communication creations and send-outs.
- Set up Bonuses using back-office tools for targeted marketing promotions.
- Request and handle customer lists and ensure correct segmentation.
- Launch and test promotions on multiple devices.
- Establish a good communication with the customer support team.
- Report on communication and campaign performance.
- Constant lookup for processes/campaigns/tools optimization.
- Ensure timely and flawless quality on all tasks handled.
- Keep monitoring and improving our automated flows across devices, brands and markets to optimize our user experience.
- Ensuring that the Customer Service Team and all project stakeholders are kept fully up to date with all upcoming campaigns and promotions.
- Monitoring industry trends and providing competitor analysis where relevant.
