Organize and maintain personnel rec
2. Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
3. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
4. Provide HR deliverables support from On-boarding to Off-boarding.
5. Revise company policies
6. Preparing the monthly Interim Payment Application & Tax Invoices and submitting to the Main
contractors.
7. Preparing the final Bill of Quantities
8. Maintain & Monitoring the Project Plan and doing the follow‐up daily wise.
9. Verifying the Sub‐Contractor’s Interim Payment Application and releasing their Payment certificates. 

10. Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
11. Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick
days and work schedules).
12. Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms. 13. Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
