- Identificer og rapporter forbedringsområder i henhold til virksomhedens procedurer
- Hjælpe vores kunder med alle deres forespørgsler.
- RÃ¥dgivning af brug af virksomhedens tjenester og spil.
- Rådgivning af spillere om spilværktøjer og handle proaktivt på spillerens spilmønstre
- Opfølgning af kundesager, når det er nødvendigt
- Hjælp til oversættelse, hvis det er nødvendigt
- Online erfaring i support/kundeservice
- Erfaring med at hjælpe kunderne via e-mail, telefon og chat
- Hurtig på tasterne ifht. at yde kunderne en god og hurtig service
- Fremragende skriftlige og verbale kommunikationsfærdigheder
- Flydende på engelsk og dansk
- Samarbejdsvillig og problemløser
- Tidligere erfaring i iGaming eller stor interesse for sports- eller kasinospil ( er et plus)
- Fleksibel og villig til at arbejde dag- og aftenskift
