    Description
    Our client is a successful iGaming company which is among the fastest growing in Malta. In order to strengthen its Administrative team they have entrusted us with recruiting a Junior Finance and Legal Administrator.


    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Assisting with monthly preparation of budgeted revenue figures for management.
    • Assisting with the maintenance of accurate revenue sheets and reports. Collaborating with finance and other internal teams for beginning of month promotions. * Providing assistance with client issues when it comes to revenue share invoices.
    Taking responsibility over invoice approval software, uploading of all invoices for approval from a relevant person. * Handling of monthly staff reimbursements process.

    Assisting the finance and legal team with general bookkeeping and maintenance of records. * Maintaining up-to-date documentation of internal compliance and legal database.


    • Supporting the legal team with preparation of due diligence documents.
    • Supporting with any adhoc projects as requested by management from time to time

    Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum Alevel standard of education, a Bachelor Degree would be an asset
    • Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
    • Motivated to learn and grow within our team
    • Takes initiative, is highly organised and is a team player
    • Has the ability to prioritise tasks in a fastpaced environment
    • Has excellent command of written and spoken English
