    Description

    We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Sales & Procurement Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales and procurement team in various administrative and operational tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our sales and procurement processes.

    Main responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and forwarding client's requests, forwarding quotations and processing orders.
  • Communicating with local and foreign suppliers getting quotations and issuing purchase orders.
  • Organising import and export operations with the freight forwarders.
  • Handling responsibly the stock control of sales equipment.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings, site visits, deliveries, installations and service calls.
  • Assisting in the identification of tenders and in the preparation of bids.
  • Assisting with Reception duties and other administrative tasks.

    The ideal candidate should :
  • Have successfully completed his/her post -secondary education and preferably be in possession of A' level certificates or MQF level 4.
  • Be able to work on their own initiative
  • Have strong organisational, and time-management skills
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

    Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset , however full training will be given to the successful applicant
