- Create project plans, ensuring they comply with project documents, budgets, and regulations. This includes preparing Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and tenders with drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities, and a project plan;
- Oversee the execution of projects and manage project documentation, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards;
- Maintain communication and coordination with various stakeholders involved in the projects;
- Continuously monitor project progress and make updates to the Project Plan as necessary;
- Provide engineering expertise for small projects and assist in procurement and contract reviews;
- Facilitate quantity surveying functions carried out by the company, contractors, or consultants;
- Report any instances of infringements on-site, especially when related to company policies and health and safety regulations;
- Energy Efficiency: Identify and recommend energy efficiency opportunities for the airport.
Requirements - Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Be capable of working independently and in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Able to work flexible hours as required.Education and Experience
- Possess at least an MQF Level 6 Qualification or equivalent in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, with a preference for those with project management experience in engineering services or construction.
- Proficient in using software tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Have knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) best practices.
