- Planning, managing, and implementing projects, holding primary responsibility for the achievement of cost, schedule, and quality objectives;
- Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables;
- Allocating resources, planning and scheduling project timelines;
- Supervising sites and monitoring any variations in plans;
- Dealing with subcontractors, suppliers, third-party employees, and other stakeholders;
- Approving construction samples as per specifications;
- Attending to commissioning runs or certification activities, and handling full documentation of projects;
- Managing of a team;
- Understanding the implications of Health and Safety Regulations.
Requirements - Decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A valid driving license.
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English.Education and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role.
- Management qualification and project management experience in engineering services or construction is essential.
- Use of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental best practice.
