    Description

    Our client, a leading local CSP is seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Executive to join their growing and dynamic team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and handling day to day requests from clients within their portfolio
  • Attending meetings and keeping of minutes
  • Preparing and submitting of statutory filings as well as performing other obligations as is required of a company secretary
  • Liaising with third parties on behalf of the clients
  • Maintaining company registers
  • Collecting and carrying out the necessary due diligence checks on clients
  • Any other duty which may be required from time to time

    Requirements
  • A minimum three years experience in a similar role within a CSP
  • A good understanding of Maltese company law and the role of a company secretary
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Meticulous with the ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Possess excellent communication and written skills in English
  • Possess excellent intrapersonal skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships
