- General maintenance duties such as painting, plastering, plumbing, basic carpentry repair works, general electrical issues, replacement of appliances and equipment and other common odd jobs as required
- Identify issues related to common electricity faults, perform installations, assembling, fittings, repairs, and replacements as needed
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and overall servicing of equipment normally encountered within holiday rental apartments
- Prepare vacated units for new clients checking in, ensuring that the unit meets the required standards
- Analyse all fault reports and requests for repairs
- Handle emergency maintenance and repair works
- Maintain complete records of daily maintenance activities
Requirements: - Minimum six months experience in serviced apartments or similar posts
- Fluent in English with good communication skills both verbal and written is compulsory
- Can work unsupervised, have a passion to learn new skills, and willing to assist team members in other maintenance tasks when required
- Basic knowledge of the use of mobile apps to report feedback
- Can work shift rosters include evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Possess a valid and recognised driving licence and has experience driving in Malta.
