    Description

    Our client is looking for an Operations Executive . Your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of our staff outsourcing services, including resource allocation, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure high-quality service.
  • Inspiring and motivating the team to achieve operational excellence, meet performance targets, and foster a positive work culture
  • Collaborating closely with internal clients to understand their needs and tailor outsourcing solutions accordingly.
  • Implementing best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline manufacturing processes

    Requirements
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on empowering teams and driving results
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process optimization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with clients and internal teamEducation and Experience
  • Previous experience within an operational department is required
