- Supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include roundtables, performance management, individual development planning, annual merit and bonus processes and benefits
- Leads and/or participates in driving innovation and continuous HR process improvement initiatives and/or crossfunctional/crosslocation special projects across the network
- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions, programs and policies Qualifications
- Robust and proven HR experience
- Analytical thinking demonstrated by the ability to solve problems using a logical, systematic, and sequential approach to professionally handle employee concerns.

Job Description
The HRBP will provide strategic people development support to Operations, reporting to the Head of HR, the HRBP will partner with managers at different levels in all matters related to people development to include Talent Management.
This position will work in initiatives related to people development across operations in Malta, Spain, and Belgium.Main Responsibilities:
