I am Nunzio,

a Human Resources manager with extensive experience specializing in the psychology of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation. Over the years, I have worked in recruitment firms and held key roles as a Human Resources manager in three different companies. My journey in HR has allowed me to deeply understand the behavioral and psychological aspects of the hiring process, helping organizations select the right talent and fostering a harmonious work environment.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led recruitment campaigns, assessed candidates' potential, and guided organizations to build strong, motivated teams. My expertise extends to designing selection strategies, conducting interviews, and implementing psychological assessments to ensure we hire individuals who align with both the company's culture and its business objectives.

I am fluent in both English and Italian, which has been particularly useful in managing multinational teams and collaborating with clients and candidates from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, I have a solid understanding of Greek, which has proven to be beneficial when working in multicultural environments or with Greek-speaking stakeholders.
