After completing my studies in Law, I embarked on a journey to explore career opportunities in the UK and Malta, where I developed both experience and a strong passion for the gambling industry. As a self-starter, I have also ventured into the realm of Life Coaching and content creation, driven by my genuine enthusiasm in these areas. Experienced Gambling support/operations professional since 2014 for regulated markets (Gambling Commission, MGA, ADM). Expertise in onboarding customers, KYC/CDD evaluation, and collaboration with specialized departments (Fraud, Payment, Verification, Rg). First point of contact for promotions and responsible gaming matters, with a focus on customer concerns.

Education

I hold a diploma in Classical Studies and a Master's degree in Law. During my career break for maternity, I also pursued various courses, including GDPR, Regulatory Compliance, and Life Coaching.
