Throughout my work experience and education, I've always tried to develop strong communication skills. I also like to think of myself as a good listener, which aids in my ability to intimately understand a situation. I am friendly, approachable, and always keen to help others when they are in need. At First National Bank our slogan was: “How Can We Help?” This phrase also relates to my personality, I am always curtious and helpful to to every customer I service.
My 18 years experience as Bank Teller, Migration Official, Service Host and then Multi Skilled Consultant allowed me to work solely with customers. I enjoyed my job because I get to help customers with a variety of problems, and I'm empowered to be the person who transforms their experience from a negative one into a positive one. I grew up speaking Afrikaans [Dutch] and I speak English, I am eager and busy learning Maltese because I fell in love with Malta, it's people and culture last year when visiting my brother-in-law. I can work independently to complete my tasks on time, but I also enjoy working on a team, and find I do my best work when brainstorming and collaborating on a project with colleagues.

Education
In 2009 I enrolled myself to get a Diploma in Banking Services Advise NQF Level 5 to further my career and I wanted to learn more. This diploma gave me the opportunity to apply for various positions after 2014, where I were Bank Teller, ADT/ATM Custodian, Migration Official, Front Line Consultant, Service Host and Back Office Duties.
