My responsibilities include ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks such as AIFMD and UCITS, validating fund valuations, executing authorized instructions, and conducting comprehensive reviews of Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations. Additionally, I have honed my communication skills by liaising with clients and third-party service providers to resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
My previous experience at Redacre LTD further solidified my skills in team leadership and customer support. As a Team Captain, I supervised and mentored a team of customer support agents, developed training programs, and collaborated with various departments to streamline processes. This role allowed me to enhance my problem-solving abilities and improve overall customer experience through data analysis and feedback implementation.
Furthermore, my part-time finance trainee position at Alter Domus LTD provided me with hands-on experience in day-to-day operations, financial record monitoring, and bookkeeping. These roles have equipped me with a strong foundation in financial transactions, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
I am fluent in English and Arabic, with foundational proficiency in French and German.
