About Andrea Menjibar:

I'm a lawyer with a Master's Degree in Law and International Relations and a massive experience of almost 6 years in the Igaming Industry, especially as Customer Support for B2B and B2C sides of the industry.

Since joining the industry in  2017,  I  have had the opportunity to learn plenty about the gaming industry, what it entails and how to best support the companies I have worked for to provide fantastic support to their customers. I have skills in Customer Support and document handling,  plus an understanding and knowledge of  GDPR,  Responsible  Gambling,  and AntiMoney Laundering and CTF, which are core while working in regulated markets.


My personal qualities also enhance the work I can deliver, with excellent communication, teamwork, and a significant commitment to pour my soul into whatever I do.

I have used tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, CXM, GMT, Kibana Slack, Microsoft, PaymentIQ among others.
