- Maintain, improve, and build workflows, functions, and settings to the ERP systems.
- Collaborate closely with strategic partners, technical teams, program management, and business users to develop and manage complex workflow rules, data checks, and triggers.
- Establish and run the service desk for ERP solutions following ITIL best practices.
- Handle daily administrative duties, resolve production issues, and undertake assigned tasks.
- Lead by example to motivate a diverse team of technical experts.
- Coordinate with Data Governance and Quality teams to maintain product quality and system integration, adhering strictly to data standards.
- Identify and evaluate emerging ERP technologies and trends and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure thorough documentation of system architecture and workflows for future reference and optimization.
Requirements - Combined work experience of 6 years, which may include roles related to ERP systems, software development, combination of both or a similar position

- Candidate must be already based in Malta
