    Description

    Our client, a prominent group of companies in Malta, is expanding and is looking to hire a dedicated Operations Manager to join their dynamic team.

    The Role

    • You will be responsible for spearheading innovative energy solutions and wastewater management solutions.
    • Identifying customer needs, you will contribute to the advancement of renewable energy technologies and wastewater treatment.
    • Carrying out market research and analysis to spot emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in the energy and wastewater sectors.
    • Working closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop groundbreaking energy solutions and wastewater treatment solutions.
    • Leading feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate the feasibility and scalability of new energy solutions and wastewater treatment solutions.
    • Creating robust business plans and strategies for launching energy solutions and wastewater treatment solutions.
    • Establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders to foster the development and adoption of energy solutions.
    • Effectively managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver top-notch solutions that meet customer requirements and company goals.
    • Keeping updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to energy and wastewater solutions and providing strategic insights to guide company decisions.
    • Driving the team towards achieving and surpassing KPIs.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably focusing on Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Renewable Energy.
    • An advanced degree in a relevant field would be advantageous.
    • Demonstrated experience in the energy industry, showcasing a history of developing and implementing innovative energy solutions.
    • Proficiency in technical areas such as renewable energy systems and power electronics.
    • An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to identify market opportunities, innovate solutions, and spur business growth.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Project management expertise, including task prioritization, timeline management, and resource allocation.
    • A dedication to sustainability and environmental responsibility, with a focus on advancing clean energy technologies.
    • Capability to lead a team and achieve the targets outlined in the business plan.
    • A strong passion for sustainability and exceptional technical abilities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
