- Conduct thorough website audits and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement SEO enhancements and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SEO-related matters, providing guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address technical SEO issues to maintain optimal website health and performance.
- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the SEO function.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey SEO strategies, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Extensive experience in SEO, including technical onsite, link building, content optimization, and all relevant aspects.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in SEO.
- Background in content management, online marketing within iGaming, particularly in a similar capacity, is a prerequisite for this role.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to make balanced decisions, considering achievable and desirable outcomes, with a solid understanding of technical feasibility.
- Innovative thinker capable of challenging the status quo in online marketing strategies.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Solid grasp of website development concepts.
- Proficiency in WordPress.
- Advanced knowledge of web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in testing and optimization tools for websites.
- Experience and comprehensive understanding of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Majestic, SEMRush, SurferSEO, and/or ScreamingFrog.
- Familiarity and understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience and familiarity with AI tools/services like ChatGPT and/or Claude.
- Higher degree education in a related subject
- Proficiency in any additional languages, such as Japanese, would be a significant advantage
