    Konnekt is part of a team that manages temporary employment for the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, also known as Frontex, located in Warsaw, Poland. The team consists of EMCS, HRK, and Konnekt. By applying to this position, you agree to share your information with the team.

    We are seeking an IT Assistant based in Poland to join the interim staff of FRONTEX, providing support in specific areas.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing support for the Integrated Return Management Application (IRMA) Service Desk by handling user requests on IT-related incidents, problems, and errors.
    • Conducting manual testing of SharePoint web applications by executing test cases and analyzing results.
    • Managing user accounts in SharePoint web applications.
    • Assisting in the delivery of training sessions to users.
    • Creating user guidelines and support materials.

      Preferred Experience:

      • Data extraction, data mining, data management (including personal data specialization), statistics, managing IT service requests, bug fixes, and client services.
      • Project management skills, use of analytical software like SAS/Power BI, experience with databases, SQL, basic coding skills, and testing abilities.
