- Monitoring and auditing inbound/outbound calls, email responses and chat communication to assess operators' demeanour, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policy and procedures.
- Writing proposals for call centre quality processes and procedures to Management.
- Making recommendations for enhancements to training materials as needed.
- Consulting with the relevant members of the team to improve/implement knowledge material.
- Keeping tabs on agents' progression and communicating their findings with the appropriate Team Leaders.
- Continuously meet targets and KPIs that have been set.
- Striving to enhance the overall Arringo customer experience.
- Complete all Ad hoc requests assigned by management in a timely manner Who are you?
