    What is expected of you?

    Oversee the day-to-day tasks and general activities of the Risk Management team

    Coordinate and implement the relevant strategic objectives

    Draft risk management policies and procedures

    Review reports and analyses drafted by the risk team and provide relevant input

    Conduct regular risk assessments

    Develop and maintain an effective risk response plan while also identifying risk factors

    Liaise with external stakeholders and other Governments Bodies to consult and coordinate on risk-related matters

    Represent the company in various conferences if required

    Advise internal stakeholders on risk mitigation techniques

    Carry out any other ad-hoc duty that might be assigned by the Head of Risk & Compliance

    What are you expected to bring?

    Degree in a relevant field or equivalent (MQF level 6)

    At least three years of working experience in a similar role. Previous history in iGaming will be considered an asset

    Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English

    Sound knowledge of risk management and processes

    Good understanding of broader business issues

    Be highly analytical, flexible, organized, and attentive to details

    Strong leadership skills coupled with the ability to motivate and guide the team

    Be a highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently as well as in a group
