Da Vinci Pasticceria in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Kitchen Hand to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

Da Vinci Pasticceria, established in 1993, produces a variety of sweet and savoury food products, ranging from traditional Maltese food, to British baking delicacies and a wide range of party foods is seeking to recruit a Kitchen Hand to join its team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of traditional food items within an industrial kitchen
  
• Maintaining a clean and organised industrial kitchen
  
• Ensuring that all food is prepared according to health and safety regulations
  
• Assisting with the cleaning of industrial kitchen equipment
  
• Following instructions from the Head Baker and/or other Pastry Chefs.
  
  Requirements:
  • Ideally has previous working experience in the preparation of pastries, particularly traditional pastries
    
  • Be fluent in speaking English and Maltese
    
  • Have a clean driving license
    
  • Have the ability to meet deadlines and set goals
    
  • Have good communication skills.
    
    This position is located in Burmarrad (Naxxar) and is a full-time role, Monday to Friday from 6 am to 2:30 pm.
