I consider myself a responsible, dedicated, persistant, hard-working, good team worker, methodological, organized person and I do my best to achieve the objectives that I propose.

In 2021 I worked as Technical Assistant in Bioceres and Moolec Science. While I did Production Process Optimization on a Lab Scale, Pilot Production Process, Research Reporting for Moolec Science, Chymosin Activity Measurement in Safflower and Soy/Peas Protein Identification.
In 2020 I worked in Frizata as Analyst for Products Development. 
In 2019 I did a Supervised Professional Internship in COTAR
In 2017 I won an Iberoamerican scholarship "Undergraduate students" from Santander Río and I did an Intership in Public Health Central Lab. Fortaleza, Brazil.

I have a degree in Food Technology Engineering and Food Facilities and Products Record.
