    Description
    We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Hotel Room Attendant.

    In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel rooms to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay for our guests.


    Responsibilities:
    Clean and tidy hotel rooms according to established standards and procedures

    • Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities
    • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and décor
    • Vacuum and mop floors
    • Replenish supplies such as toiletries and coffee/tea
    • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
    • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
    • Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
    • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and standards
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fastpaced environment
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
    • Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
    • Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
    • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
