- You will work closely with the CEO and the Senior Leadership team
- You will oversee all the company's functions, including strategic planning, financial management and project deliverables
- You will have have a flair for entrepreneurship and will assist the CEO with seeking and concluding business in order to achieve growth
- Monitor industry trends and adjust company focus accordingly
- You will ensure that all the operations are working within established KPI's and that continous improvement is always high on the agenda
- Ensure that clients are happy with service that they are receiving whilst creating healthy relationships with them
- Provide strong leadership to the team and lead them to reach agreed targets and operational KPI's. Ensure that performance is well handled and managed
- Have&/or gain familiarity with the medical regularity framework
Requirements - Have a Business degree in Management with preference given to an MBA graduate
- Have a minimum 5 years experience in a Senior Management role
- Have excellent communication skills and manage upwards and downwards
- Having experience within the healthcare industry will be given priority
