    Description

    A business development company, specializing in lead generation, sales, and customer support is looking for a vibrant, eager, and focused on the result Swedish Speaking Conversion (Sales) and Retention Agent with B2B and B2C experience, who will be responsible particularly for developing a portfolio of clients and maintaining the relationships with them for our offices in Malta.


    Responsibilities


    • Develop a strategic account and portfolio plans to work with the assigned team.
    • Build solid relationships and trust with clients and improve business over the phone.
    • Bring sales experience along with industry insights.
    • To actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients.
    Schedule: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. - Malta

    • Lives in Malta
    • At least 6 months of experience in Sales and Retention FOREX.
    • Flexibility to maintain focus through change and thrive in difficult situations.
    • Proven ability to multitask & work under pressure and build ongoing relationships.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • Experience with a focus on Sales/Account Management.
    • Ability to work well alone and as part of a team.
    It's an office and phone centre job from Monday to Friday.
