- Assisting MD in developing strategies and implementations
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Project managing key projects of the company while focusing on driving growth and achieving sales and profit objectives
- Building and developing strong relationships with new clients, suppliers and maintaining existing ones, both locally and overseas
- Co-ordinating with managers to achieve set goals and objectives
- Preparing proposals, tenders and pricing for submission to clients, ensuring all client proposals are in line with company policies and procedures
- Developing and negotiating contracts whilst integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Evaluating performance by analysing data and metrics
Skill-sets and Requirements - Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
- Excellent leadership skills
- Tendering knowledge would be ideal
- Background in medical or healthcare would be an asset but not a prerequisiteEducation & Experience
- Ideally educated to a degree level (Commercial, Business Admin or equivalent) or able to demonstrate equivalent experience
