- Daily administration and management of critical customer systems
- Manage services for Azure, Microsoft Enterprise, and Mobile Security Suite
- Maintain and manage customer owned managed systems via remote troubleshooting and support
- Proactively plan to prevent any issues and mitigate issues as they arise
- Throughout all duties, advise consumers on all elements of systems and network security

Skill-sets and Requirements - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Any experience within the Microsoft O365 environment (Azure) would be considered an asset
- Professional written and spoken English
- Ability to obtain an EU Security Clearence
- Living and working within the EU for the last 5 yearsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field
