Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on C-level and senior management positions in iGaming, blockchain, fintech, or advanced tech. You must hold Maltese residency and ideally already be based in Malta.
A proven track record of managing high-value recruitment projects and directly placing senior leadership roles is essential. Additionally, you should be a results-driven, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term trust.
