    Description

    We are currently seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to provide support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate should be skilled at multitasking and efficiently prioritizing tasks, all while maintaining a professional demeanor.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare briefing materials and presentations for various meetings.
    • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
    • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively offer solutions.
    • Coordinate business travel arrangements for all company employees.
    • Update management reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes of new employees.
    • Support the HR Manager in maintaining accurate employee records and files.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar capacity.
    • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
    • Outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal abilities and the knack for building relationships across all organizational levels.
    • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
    • Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite and potentially sales-related software.
    • Capable of upholding confidentiality and exercising discretion.
    • Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and working autonomously with minimal oversight.
