Description

Our client within the Hospitality Industry is looking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their growing team.

Main responsibilities include :

Preparing bank, cash, and intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Issuing of monthly reports from the booking system and distributing them to suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate data.

Maintaining accruals, prepayments, and depreciation schedules up to date to reflect accurate financial position.

Preparing monthly management accounts including income statement and statement of financial position.

Assisting in the preparation of audit support materials and liaise with auditors during the annual audit process.

Providing support to the finance team where needed to ensure smooth operation of financial processes.

Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support the overall financial objectives of the organization.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Previous experience in a similar role is a mustEducation and Experience
