- To review batch manufacturing documentation in accordance with company procedures prior to QP release.
- To retain and archive quality documentation in line with company policies and procedures
- Liasing with corporate Torrent to ensure that any issues encountered during batch documentation prior to QP release
- Reviewing transit temperature monitoring records for batches and samples received and dispatched following release.
- Ensuring that all company procedures and documentation are up-to-date and within their expiry date
- Updating and maintaining SOPs in line with company policies and EU cGMP
- Assisting the the Head of Quality/QP and/or Quality Assurance Manager in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the Quality Management System
- Assisting in the compilation of quality documentation in preparation for quality reviews.
- Preparing yearly Product Quality Reviews as required.
- Carrying out other Quality Assurance related duties as may be required
Skill-sets and Requirements - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and toolsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant scientific field
