- Vehicle order submissions
- Following up on order status and ETA's
- Reporting declarations of new registrations to our principals
- Internal and principal reporting
- Assisting brand managers in order requirements and status
- Coordinating with our shippers in having vehicles brought over on time
- Supporting the department in the registration and documentation of new vehicles
- Handling and recording documentation related to Transport Malta registrations
- Ensuring that all vehicles in transit are covered by the necessary relevant insurance.
Skills and Abilities:- Analytical and procedural skills are needed for this role
- Organised and strong in documentation
- Good time management skills
- Ability to follow up on pending tasks and work in a team.
