- Service a range of laboratory equipment including calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance
- Installation, Training & Commissioning of Lab Analytical Equipment
- Update of service reports
- Assist in sales, i.e. generate offers for clients, issue purchase orders to suppliers
- Will be expected to assist in technical sales meetings
- Research relevant new technologies and services to increase company portfolio
- Occasional travel abroad is necessary at times for training
- Reporting to his superiors daily
- The ideal candidate should preferably have an MCAST / Fellenberg HTD diploma in industrial electronics or equivalent
- Flexible and eager to learn new technologies/processes
- Experience on the installation & maintenance of laboratory analytical equipment will be preferred
- Experience working with Lab instrumentation preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry - this will be considered an asset
- Experience working as a Maintenance technician with a Supplier of Lab equipment - this will be considered an asset
- Have strong organizational skills, proactive and able to multi-tasking
- Work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Have excellent communication skills and a customer service attitude
