    Cross Border Talents is looking for Online Payment Technical Support with interest in working night shifts to work with a Multinational company in Malta,

    Working Style, Onsite, EU Candidates only

    Description;

    You will be In charge of overseeing the payment processing systems to uphold the company's commitment to uninterrupted service. Additionally, you will provide round-the-clock technical support to our customers, facilitated through a rotating day-night-rest-off shift pattern and on-call emergency demands.

    What you will do;

    • Monitor the company's systems to ensure continuous stability and functionality of our payments platform.
    • Investigate and troubleshoot any issues to determine their root causes and propose solutions.
    • Escalate internal system faults to Level 2 support or the system owners.
    • Collaborate with clients to resolve any issues on their end.
    • Accurately document all activities and actions within the company CRM system.
    • Assist customers via email, chat, or phone regarding technical difficulties with payment processing activities.
    • Conduct thorough handovers at the end of each shift to maintain operational continuity.

    Requirements;

    • Possess a foundational understanding of technology or a strong desire to learn.
    • Demonstrate the ability to analyze data to detect trends or identify issues.
    • Previous experience in customer handling is valued.
    • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to establish relationships with colleagues at all levels.
    • Take ownership and responsibility for all assigned tasks.
    • Maintain composure under pressure and respond quickly and effectively.
    • Adaptability to work flexibly and independently with minimal supervision.
    • Familiarity with Kibana is advantageous.
    • Possess excellent written and oral English communication skills.
    • Proficient in computer literacy; experience in MS Excel is an asset.
    • The candidate must be based in Malta.
