- Daily reconciliations of local transactions whilst evaluating discrepancies
- Handling cash counts and inputting relevant data into the system
- Issuing and monitoring sales / distribution reports
- Working and calculating excess duty payments
- Any other administrative duties as required within the department Skillsets and Requirements
- Good command of written and spoken Maltese and English languages
- Previous experience within an administrative capacity is required, ideally having dealt with invoicing, payments and reconciliations
- Analytical and focused Education & Experience A level standard
