Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Execution Counsel to join our Legal & Transaction Services team. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the execution and closing phase of transactions, ensuring all legal, compliance, and operational workstreams progress smoothly.- Manage and coordinate the execution and closing phase of transactions
