- Essential reports supporting effective FOPs control and oversight in all associated matters, including preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintenance of Flight Ops technical and nontechnical documentation to ensure this is up to date.
- Issuing of all crew communications and regular updating of eCrew with required documentation
- Maintaining department trackers and data
- Monitor and manager the UK TCO process and other authorities approvals.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance, including notifications and applications

- Aviation experience as an administrative analyst or similar.
- Strong research, math, and computer skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking abilities.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
