- Aid in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Carry out general accounting tasks such as data entry and verification.
- Provide training to staff on financial processes.
- Supervise and oversee department activities, actively resolving any issues that arise.
- Engage in training and development programs to enhance professional skills.
Skill-sets and Requirements - At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or ACCA qualification preferred. At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting required. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software essential.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills are a must.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Education & Experience
