- Managing a portfolio of corporate clients and handling client requests in a timely manner
- Assistance with the setting up of new companies, preparation, and submission of statutory filings and managing corporate entities
- Organizing and preparing Board and AGM packs for board of directors and shareholder meetings
- Ensuring that client companies fulfil all their obligations in terms of the law in a timely manner, including all submissions with the Malta Business Registry and other competent authorities
- Monitoring and executing transactions of the managed entities
- Performing general corporate administration duties and assisting with compliance matters, including managing all compliance functions associated with the serviced client entities
- Liaising with the MLRO and the Compliance Officer on compliance-related matters and assisting with all reports to ensure that they are submitted promptly and accurately
- Maintaining the corporate files
- Liaising and corresponding with lawyers, accountants, and auditors on behalf of clients, as necessary
- Communicating with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities, as may be necessary
- Liaising with clients to gather required information and documentation for onboarding purposes, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of client onboarding activities, compliance documentation and risk assessments
- Preparing documentation for regulatory filings, audits and inspections, ensuring timely submission and compliance with reporting requirements
Skill-sets and Requirements - Minimum of 2-years of local experience in a similar position
