    Description

    Our client, a large-scaled organisation is recruiting for a Training Manager to form part of their HR team. Reporting to the HR Director, your duties will include;

  • Assessing various departments and organizational levels to determine training needs thoroughly.
  • Creating tailored training programs and materials using diverse instructional techniques and delivery methods.
  • Leading training sessions, workshops, and presentations both in-person and virtually to ensure captivating and effective content delivery.
  • Establishing methods to assess training program efficacy, collecting feedback, and make necessary enhancements continuously.
  • Managing logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue coordination, and resource management.
  • Keeping updated on training technology advancements and utilize suitable platforms to improve training delivery and engagement.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts, department leaders, and HR personnel to ensure training programs align with organizational objectives and address skill deficiencies effectively.
  • Offering continuous assistance and materials to staff for reinforcing learning and applying skills at work.
  • Verifying that training initiatives adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and pertinent standards.
  • Creating and overseeing training budgets, ensuring efficient resource use without compromising quality.
  • Recognizing potential for leadership growth and succession planning, crafting initiatives to foster talent and cultivate future leaders.
  • Keeping detailed records of training events, participation, and performance measures, producing reports to monitor advancement and showcase the influence of training endeavours.

    Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Minimum three years working in a similar role, preferably in a customer service oriented environment, having experience in training design, delivery and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to trainingEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
