- Handling and ensuring the bank's ongoing compliance with related laws, polices and procedures
- Supporting and being the main contact for authorities
- Handling any marketing materials to be made public in relation to relevant regulations
- Supporting and reviewing any modifications to the bank's new and existing products and services at development stage to ensure their compliance
- Delivering regulatory reports
- Assisting with company secretarial duties
- Taking minutes for board and other committee meetings
- Reviewing of Bank's terms and conditions
- Handling the day to day duties of the department
Skill-sets and Requirements - A minimum of 3 years of local working experience coming from a bank in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Maltese Education & Experience
- Degree level of education in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent Benefits
