    Description

    Our client, a leading legal firm is looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join the team.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the front office, which includes welcoming clients and scheduling appointments,
  • Maintaining office systems, including filing documents,
  • Responding to incoming calls and emails,
  • Providing secretarial assistance,
  • Managing other general office administrative tasks.

    Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 0900hrs - 1800hrs, Friday: 0900hrs - 1700hrs.
    Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Excellent level of verbal and written Maltese & English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in similar role would be an asset.
