    Description

    Due to the continued expansion of the Marketing team, an opportunity has arisen for the position of a Marketing Executive (Serbian).

    As a Marketing Executive, you will join the Marketing team and assist the business with existing marketing activities across Serbia while supporting the delivery of campaigns across a number of territories managed in Malta.

    The ideal candidate will have above-the-line advertising experience, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage a demanding workload in a fast- paced and highly regulated environment.

    The Marketing Executive (Serbian) will coordinate brand marketing activities in Serbia and assist the management team with marketing tasks and projects across various countries.

    The role will assist in executing and monitoring best-in-class campaign delivery while facilitating continuous marketing development across the business.

    Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in executing and evaluating marketing campaigns, agency or client-side, is desired but not essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of sports and awareness of the sporting calendar.
  • Experience in building media relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated the ability to develop and deliver strategy and management throughout the marketing process, identifying and adopting best practices to deliver against the wider company strategy. Inclusive of strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of marketing objectives and how to translate these into marketing briefs and plans.
  • A Clear communicator is capable of translating thoughts into clear and concise feedback is judged against briefs.
  • Native Serbian verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the gambling sector and/or the sports industry would be beneficial.

    Main Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the delivery of brand marketing campaigns in Serbia and other designated territories.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with media buying agencies and media groups to procure advertising space, while monitoring the execution of the marketing campaign schedules across territories.
  • Briefing media agencies to support bet365 in evolving its creative marketing strategy in the territories.
  • Sourcing, analysing, and utilising market research and analysis to direct and optimise marketing planning and strategy.
  • Analysing sports and media trends to improve the reach and effectiveness of the marketing brand campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Working with creative agencies and research partners to ensure that clear brand positioning activated through localised marketing activity.
  • Collaborating with creative teams to ensure alignment with the brand creative guidelines on an ongoing basis.
