    About the Role:

    As a HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our HR department. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to onboarding, employee records management and HR communications. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in HR within a supportive and collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Ownership of the administrative duties related to the full employee lifecycle for all employees - Recruitment, onboarding, training & development, retention and off-boarding.


    • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening CVs, scheduling interviews etc.


    • Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy in the HR Department.


    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including accurate filing and storing of employee data according to the respective data protection requirements.


    • Input all people change information into the HR systems on time and liaise with the payroll department.


    • Complete periodical administrative compliance checks including and not limited to Food Handling Certificates, driving licences etc.


    • Handling the work permits process and liaise with Government departments as required.


    • Generate HR administration reports and analytics.


    • Applying for government grants such as the Jobsplus IIS scheme etc.


    • Provide assistance to the HR team on day-to-day duties.



    Key Requirements:


    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.


    • Previous experience in a similar HR role and experience in the FMCG sector will be considered an asset.


    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.


    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


    • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
