Recroo is seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Attendants to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of care. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting with daily activities, personal care, and emotional support. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with mobility and transportation, ensuring clients are safe and comfortable.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Administer medication and follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred.
• Certification as a Health Care Aide or equivalent training is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and empathy toward clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and capability to assist clients with mobility.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
